PRP acquired this office building and repositioned it into a 59-unit luxury condominium property. PRP expanded the building horizontally by adding 30,000 SF of density and fully redeveloped the building with a new facade, new systems, finishes and a 13,000 SF Nobu restaurant, all performed while the top three floors were occupied by 36 residences.
