Investment Strategy

PRP acquired this office building and repositioned it into a 59-unit luxury condominium property. PRP expanded the building horizontally by adding 30,000 SF of density and fully redeveloped the building with a new facade, new systems, finishes and a 13,000 SF Nobu restaurant, all performed while the top three floors were occupied by 36 residences. Awarded the top luxury condominium development in Washington DC and achieved the highest price per SF of any condo in the market.
